Stupidly I brought a Neo Galeo yesterday from Curries instead of an Ipod shuffle coz I figured I'd save the £25 difference :wall:

The manual's pretty much gobble-de-gook to me. It only came with the CD, not a witten manual.
Funnily enough I have since searched online to find that lack of understanding the manual is common and the 2GB version (the one I just got) is now no longer being made :wall:

I've got my music on but I can't split it into play lists or even folders for some reason. Even though I loaded them on as seperate folders it just puts them all together so if I want track number 325 I have to phsyically skip to it one track at a time

It's also meant to charge up through the PC as long as you have it 'turned on' and leave it plugged in via the USB.....I have yet to have been able to get it to charge the battery - it just works as long as it's plugged into the USB and getting power direct from PC

I'm really annoyed now and wana send hubby back to the shop to either get a refund or exchange it for the samsung one they have of the same price...but I'm not sure if they'll take it as hubby threw away the teeny weenie plastic bags that the USB cable came in so it's not 'original packaging' :?

If anyone can help I'd GREATLY appreciate it :(

id take it back hun it sounds faulty...

they should take it abck i would have thought....

I agree take it back, your statutory rights say that if its faulty, the shops returns policy does not come into it, so the packaging won't matter.

Took it back and half expected them to say I'd just not installed something properly  but it turns out that they admit it's faulty and so said I could replace it either with the same model or I could choose another one. Decided to go for a make I know and paid a bit extra to get one of the new sony modles

So hopefully all will be well now  lol
