OK... The time between opk LH peak and ovulation really confuses me. Sources I've read say ovulation occurs 12 to 36 hours after opk peak so I got my opk peak last night, technically today (I tested this morning and it was lighter and has kept getting lighter)

... But then I also get a dip when I get a positive opk...websites say the dip is an indication of ovulation So does that mean I ovulate then?! I'm confused haha.

Heres my chart...its almost identical to last month so I'm expecting my temp to keep rising.

Can anyone shed any light on this?

Yup, you might have caught the tail end of the peak surge last night. Maybe it happened a few hours before and you ovulated early in the morning which could explain the dip. Temperature dips are more reliable than OPKs. So you probably ovulated on the 7th! Good luck!x
