Hi everyone

Just had confirmation from the Doctor so it's real!! Reckon I am almost 6 weeks now but not really feeling pregnant! I have been having slight cramps and slightly sore boobs but that's about it.
Very excited but feel paranoid something will go wrong! I'm sure this is natural tho.
