hello 2nd trimesterians

hi there, new to the site, i found out i was pregnant relativly early (1st missed period so 5weeks after about 5tests!!!) which meant lying to all my freinds about why i wasnt drinking at my hen party then pretending to drink at my wedding and my brothers wedding 2 weeks later..... then my mid wife appointments got delayed and i finally had my first scan booked in for today (14weeks!!!!) but i had a phone call yesterday as the lady doing it is ill i have to go friday instead so dissapointed i really really want to see my baby now! so thats my story im happily newly married and just back off honeymoon, im 14weeks pregnant and still havent told anyone other than our parents!!!!!! as wiating for this "1st scan!" to prove everything is ok, its crazy but im really glad to have found this forum online you all seem tobe helpful wish id found you al sooner! am avidly reading through topics of what is to come!

Congrats hun x I know how you feel I had one of my scans cancelled wasn't a happy camper to begin with but I was happy because I knew I'd be able to see more because baby would be bigger x Hope everything is ok x And Welcome x

Hey there! Welcome - I'm 15 weeks pregnant so around the same as you, give or take a week.

HI i bet you cant wait for your scan now friday, also think of it as you have a less wait after your scan till your 20week scan aswell where some people have had their scan at 8 weeks, teh wait must seem like forever.

thankyou mumofmany you are very correct in that too!! ohhh im soooooo excited got so much boring things to do today and then work tommorrow and friday morning to get through ( i work shifts) until i can finally know its all ok!!!!
