Heat Rash

I have heat rash on my belly and it is driving me up the wall. It started with a little patch last Tuesday and now is covers the majority of my belly. Midwife took bloods just to make sure it was that and bloods came back fine so I have been covering my belly in Calamine which helps a little. The last couple of nights have been very very hot and I have felt like I have a colony of ants running over my belly it has been driving me up the wall.

i suffered with really itchy skin on my boobs... a while back! wasn't heat just the skin stretching... i used to put cream on them a few times a day - really eased the itching. I actually scratched the skin off... can you use calamine lotion? not the nicest thing but that helps ease itching too. I'd check with the pharmacist first thou... otherwise just coat yourself in body lotion.. hope it eases soon because its not nice...

Yeah Calamine is fine, spoke to MW last week and she recommended it. It doesnt look very nice when it has dried and my DH said I look like its a tribal thing!!!! (Football belly which is all white!!)
