I've got a bad back - my lower back often causes me problems. I know I can't use the heat rubs etc now but what about putting heat on my back...? I often use those heat pads you can buy that last all day.

What do you think?

Thanks

I'm not sure hun, have you tried asking a pharmacist?

I have had this problem!
You can't use heat pads because apparently they release iron which is absorbed into your skin. Although I put one on my vest top and it kinda helped!
You ARE allowed to use the boots version of deep heat rub though, it actually says so on the box which is nice! :)
