Xenforo Cloud upgraded our forum to XenForo version 2.3.4. This update has created styling issues to our current templates. Chewing on chewing gum helps as it produces more saliva.
I've noticed mine is worse when Im active. MW said thats because any sort of stomach movement moves the stomach acid about. So i've been trying to eat very lightly if i know i'm going to be doing alot. I've noticed a bit of a difference.
yeah that would work, or plain bread, anything creamy or something that will soak up the excess acid. stay away from anything fatty or fried as these will make it worse
