this may sound really strange but ive had heartburn all last nyt n today gaviscon wanst helping much well ...



i just had a curry and now my heartburns gone

i think its cos im concentrating on my mouth burning right now instead of chest area

LOL i might give a curry a try! Come to think of it i won't because of the pains I been getting. Don't want to kick start labour off.

I found out what makes my heartburn really bad.........Weetabix!
I had the worst acid ever earlier after having one of them

i find chocolate and bread make mine worse all i wanna eat is nutella sandwiches


peppers or melon will help get rid of it hunni

I've eaten chicken korma a few times recently and find it to be surprisingly heartburn friendly.

Orange juice and stuff from the chippy always get mine going. Also flaming hot monster munch, which isn't surprising I suppose

I found milk to be a great help! I drank pints of the stuff! Curry used to give me dreadful heartburn!
