What is the old wifes tale about the babies heart rate predicting sex?

If its below 150bpm then its supposed to be a boy and above is a girl which worked for me as LO's was always below 150bpm but I know alot of ppl that it didnt work with

hi it was not right for me,my bump still has a heartbeat over 155 beats per min and hes a boy!!

i thought it was if its below 140bpm then its a boy and above its a girl. its been right for me in each of my pregnancys

Well that makes it a girl according to this old wifes tale then, it was 146 bpm!

Can you tell I really wanna know the sex this time?

It was right for me as my babies was like 170 something lol!!
