Saw the midwife today for a regular check up. She said she would try to listen to the baby, but might not be able to find it because it might still be in the pelvis. But she did find it, and it sounded wonderful!!
I think it was much higher up than she expected - about an inch directly below my tummy button, which is around the same place that I have been feeling movements.
It's so lovely to have now got it confirmed!! Up to now I have kept thinking that I am making it up, or perhaps something has gone wrong, but it was wonderful to hear it. It now seems so much more real!
Got my scan tomorrow as well. Can't wait.
