I'm nearly 19 weeks pregnant and roughly a size 22-24 and I really need help! I'm not trying to diet but what I do want to is eat healthy and avoid putting too much weight on.
The problem is I know fruit and veg are healthy, apart from just putting them on the plate I have no idea what to do!!
Can anyone give me some advice and suggest recipes?
Apart from fruit and veg, what else is good to eat?
