its always the way isn't it - glad its not just me it usually happens to! any chance your MW could 'accidently' put the wrong date for you? after all its only 1 day!!!

I asked my MW for the application form today and she gave me healthy start voucher application? Is this the right one?

don't have mine yet but that sounds like the right one 2 me - think its a grant towards keeping mum healthy
