All I'm in well early in stages but I have already got this balding headaches which I vaguely remember with DD. Now when I started TTC I Weaned from 14 coffees down to 1 a day as I knew going cold turkey may cause my headaches so passed 10 days I've had 1 coffee per day. Not had any caffeine since day before yesterday so I'm wondering could this headache be caffeine or hormones I am a migraine sufferer in general life. I have had this headache since yesterday now and I have to work today, I work full time and I don't want to have time off so early they'll just think in taking peee!

I have been getting headaches too and like you i am a fellow migraine sufferer :( I dont work though so unfortunately i cant give much advice on that side of things. Keep well hydrated if you can, it should help. If it ends up as a migraine you'll just have to take time off. There's nothing worse, I got loads of migraines last time I was pregnant.

Well I've not gone today. The stakes are high this time as I've had losses in the past so I'm stressed which probably not help. Xx

I suffer from Migraines and Cluster headaches (worst thing I ever experienced in my life). I have to say since I found out I am pregnant I got NOTHING at all, so I asked my MW if there is a reason for it and she just told me that it can well be that during my entire pregnancy I am not going to have ANY headaches at all (which would be just a blessing from god for me!!) but I am still worried it will start any minute...
I also asked what to do if so...she told me to not take anything at all (regular stuff don't help me anyway, I always had to resort to morphine and cocodamol).

As far as taking time off work...I feel you. I work full time and I previously had to take time off because of the headaches....there is really nothing you can do. Some employers understand, some don't.
I gave up to explain because people easily write it off as "oh slight headache and she stays at home". Anyway...

Stay at home if you can't. You are only going to make it worse and do you really want that? I don't think so.

I know it's hard because the guilt starts to creep up but really, there is nothing else you can do.

I hope you'll get better soon. xx

Thanks I'm off now. Seeing Dr this afternoon this pregnancy is high risk since I have to inject blood thinners. I'm all stresses which won't help. I'm only very early and keep getting period pains which worry me sick probably induces headaches X
