HcG Beta Levels

Good Day all.

I just did a IVF cycle, with 2 x day5 blastocyst (frozen).

Here are my HcG beta results:
12 days post transfer: 425
16 days post transfer: 2669

It is a 500+% increase in 4 days. Do you perhaps think it might be twins?

Sounds like a big a jump so it could possibly be! When is your first scan when you will find out?

My hcg with twins increased from 532 to 1332 in 48 hours it looks likely yours could be twins with the increase x

Wow good luck @Mother Shark I'm on my 2nd ivf transfer, used 2 x 4ab blastocytes frozen embryos this time and would kd love twins. I am a twin myself.
Did you have any signs on your tww? I'm only 3 days post FET and it's so long.

I had a MC with my last ivf sine embryo transfer a d was a 5AA hatching blasto

Good luck to you the 2ww is the most awful wait ever, and the best when that stick turns out to have 2 lines. I had no specific symptoms, but I have tested every single morning since the transfer and found a faint positive test 6 days post transfer. Good luck to you and I hope and pray that all works well for you this time. Even knowing that I am pregnant now, it is still so very scary this first 12 weeks especially.

Thank you, although I go a scare earlier tonight with light pink / brown discharge. I am exactly 5 weeks pregnant today, what I read from internet is that it shouldn’t be a problem, but I’m still worried. I will call my gyne tomorrow first thing.

A lot of women have some spotting in the first weeks. As long as it's just spotting and not bright red, you should be fine! But do call your gynaecologist for reassurance!x

I got my positive with 2 embryos on day 10 post FET. I'm now day 15 and hcg today was 885. Repeating it on Friday am... Wonder if its 1 or 2!?

Sounds possible for both!! I had my hcg checked and here’s what it looked like:

14 dpo: 84
17 dpo: 290
24 dpo: 4961

I think that's a real possibility!! Your HCG is so high! I really hope they both stayed in there!x
