Have just noticed a Bit of bleeding!?

So just been to the loo, and iv had alot of dishcarge thats dried in my underwear with like red pin pricks of blood in it.
Literally its like someones got a needle, dipped it in blood and priked it on my underwear about 10 times.

I have lower back ache atm and an 'aching' feeling in my bump but little one is kicking fine.

Is it commen to have a bit of blood in later pregnancy & should i be worried??

Didnt want to read and run Hun! I haven't had this but if your worried keep an eye out for anymore and then I've the midwife a call!

Not experienced this, so no idea I'm afraid. Hope someone else knows more, otherwise a call to your midwife may help put your mind at rest.

i had this a few weeks ago but it was because i had thrush and had sctrached myself till i bled. hope you managed to contact midwife just to check xx

I had this last week!!Only like 4 or 5 "pinpricks" as you call them that I noticed in clear discharge when I wiped. I didn't do anything about it and it hasn't happened again. Baby is kicking lots so I'm just assuming it's ok & just one of those odd pregnancy things If it happens again get it seen to asap but if baby is kicking and you feel ok then why worry. Let me know if you find out what it was though..

I had this too. It was put down to two possible things...

1. a little "spot" on the cervix which can be caused due to hormone changes
2. a bout of thrush

Thanks everyone! Had a clinic appointment at the hospital today and the consultant said its fine seen as it wasnt very much
and the next time I have to have a clinic appointment at hospital is....3rd Feb when Im 4 days over due! woooo
*hopefully i wont have to go tho lol)
from now on its just 2 weeks midwife appointments

Thanks Munchkin - No 1 rings true for me so it was probably that (found a wee lump on my cervix when my coil got lost (sorry if tmi!).
