have I ruined my supply?

I'm a bit worried that I may have ruined my supply, yesterday I left LO with mum with 3 bottles of EBM, and went out for about 5 hours, my boobs were really full so I fed him when I got back from one and expressed the other and got 5oz, question is have those 5 hours of not feeding during the day affected my supply? X

Unless you do it every day it's not a problem xx

No only if you cut down feeding regularly would it be affected.

I slowly cut out my middle of the night and now I can go from 11pm to 7am without any supply issues
