I finallly got my insurance card in the mail the other day but it has the wrong name on it....instead of my married name they put my maiden name on the card.....and it's not like they couldn't see my married name on my social sercurity card......sorry just had to vent....I mean I can still use the card but it's like I wanted my married name on it......
