Xenforo Cloud upgraded our forum to XenForo version 2.3.4. This update has created styling issues to our current templates. I have felt out of my own body for the past 6 months. I have finally started to feel alot better. However i still feel disconnected from myself. Has anyone felt like this and how does it go?
I had very bad PND and am recovering from it still, some days I feel very "disconnected" and a bit like i'm in a dream-like state. I think it's often due to being exhausted too as the less sleep I have the more I get this feeling. I am on anti-depressants now and I have felt they have helped me from feeling disconnected all the time. Having a baby is such a shock to the system physically and mentally that I think it's very normal to suffer with some symptoms of depression to some degree. However if you feel it ever goes beyond and becomes PND then it is important to go see your Dr or talk about how you feel as it can be treated.
