hand foot and mouth

Its doing the rounds here and a child M spent time with last weekend has just been diagnosed with it.

Now Ive convinced myself that I have it as Ive got a mouth ulcer.

M wont let me look in his mouth but he seems well. Has anyone elses child had it? How will I know if he's got it?

I think they can get a rash. And also blister looking spots on their hands and feet. I noticed a weird mark on Emily's hand this morning, looks like a red bruise :O and just had a look at her foot and she's got a spot/blister type thing. It's rife up here just now, I'm hoping that's just dry skin.
Oh and I've also read people on fb saying their kids are throwing up with it.

thank goodness for that! No M is fine, Im listenin to his singing when hes supposed to be napping! leaving him to it cos Ive got to go at quarter past to pick up my grandma and hoping he'll sleep cos my mum is cooking!

My daughter cought this from nursery , yeah lots of fluid filled blisters on her palms and soles of her feet plus in her mouth, she was a bit niggly in herself. Poor hygene i think is the cause x x
