Hair loss

I'm 8 weeks 5 days pregnant and have noticed i'm losing a lot of hair. I've read all the books and they say that hair loss should slow down during pregnancy so this has worried me a little.

Any ideas?

My hair was also falling out a lot through into the second tri but has stopped now. Hormones can cause all sorts and we must be part of the minotity that lose hair instead of it getting thicker. I must say now I'm in the 3rd tri my hair is in very good condition and I'm sure yours will soon calm down too
