Had Reiki treatment today

What a lovely women! She was really nice and performed Reiki on me for about 20 mins as it was a taster session.

I left feeling very calm and chilled
It was a wounderfull experience

So I am going back for more ! and she is going to teach it to me so I can do it to myself and others im so excited!!

What exactly happens during a session hun?

A full treatment is given with the recipient lying fully clothed except for shoes on a couch or sitting in a chair. It is usually a hands-on treatment with the therapist placing their hands on a sequence of positions on the body to transmit the Reiki energy.

When receiving Reiki you will feel pleasant warmth or tingling in the area being treated. Most people easily relax deeply feeling a release of tension and anxiety which allows healing to begin. In this state of deep relaxation the healing systems of the body are free to make whatever adjustments are necessary to improve health. Some people fall asleep during treatment and awake fully refreshed and revitalised.

Reiki can help anyone – you do not have to be ill to benefit from its calming and relaxing effect.

My friend Sue is a Reiki Master. She and her friends worked on my horse some time ago as he was dying. I went to a show with him last month and he won 2 rossettes.

Reiki is great and I also like crystals

The Reiki master I know attuned a lady to Reiki some time ago so she could work on her horses its amazing how it works! Apprently horses really respond well to it.
