Had my growth scan

Had the scan, and as I suspected she is only diddy, but perfectly sized.

She wont be as big as her big brother, but at 6lb 9oz at the moment she is a good size but hospital was going on about the fact that stephen was bigger.

ffs why cant they just shut up, its a fine size!

I think they overreact a lot, they did that with my sister because her 2nd was smaller than her first, who cares as long as they are a healthy size!!

Other than the little early twins , my mums 6th child was the smallest and she's continued to be the daintest (ie only one of us below a size 14 atm) to thisday.
Thought midwives were overworked, seem to always have the time to worry you

That's a lovely weight, and she could still end up over 7lbs.
Medical professionals do like to scare us don't they?

thats a good weight! my dd was 6lbs 7 when she was born and she was 9 days over, she is now just as tall as all the other kids in her school class bit thinner but that is down to her build and not her birth weight.

midwives always seem to have something to scare us about, they should spend more time on doing their job right insted.

I remeber when i had my 4d scan at 26 weeks gone, I remember all of us looking at the screen and the sonographer commented that she was dainty and had dainty features. We all agreed with her and I think she probably will be a dainty little girl. Which is better then having a chuffing great monster with a abnormally massive head! sorry son LOL!
