Had my first NCT session today

Really enjoyed it and was nice to be in a room with other pregnant ladies at similar stages and realise that you're not the only one who doesn't know what they're doing.

There were 7 couples in total (Inc us) and all seem nice.

Off tomorrow night for a 2.5 hour session on breastfeeding!!

It will be even better when you meet up after and you can see that everything that is happening to you is happening to everyone else and you arent on your own!!
