Gynae appointment tomorrow! - UPDATED - RESULTS!

Hey


Well I had the laparoscopy, I feel like I've been hit by a car but I'm doing ok
I have endometriosis and I have it on the bowel, because of this my bowel is wonky. My consultant thinks it may be inside the bowel too. The good news is my ovaries, tubes and womb are fine inside and there's nothing stopping me (apart from lessened fertility due to endo) from getting pregnant, it's just going to take a while
I've got to see a bowel specialist, have an MRI and an operation on the bowel but I'm pleased with the results. I am going to get pregnant!

It's my first gynae appointment tomorrow, I'm feeling really positive about things. First step in journey to pregnancy! I was referred mainly because I've got possible endo but also because we've been trying for almost a year now.

Thanks for all your support. The consultant was lovely. I'm going to have a laparoscopy. I'm very pleased as I should be able to find out soon what's wrong. Feeling a bit nervous about having it done! will let you all know when it's booked in for

Good luck don't be nervous, i had one years ago and the only bit of discomfort was a bit pain in my shoulder. They put a pad in for you, keep it in, as i took mine out and regretted it!
