Gym balls/birthing balls

Hi Girls

I went to my local lidl today and they've got loads of gym balls in for £3.49 each, if you're interested i'd get down to your local store and see if they've got them in.

I'm guessing gym balls can be used as birthing balls, please somebody correct me if i'm wrong.

I think they are the same hun.

I dont have a lidl near me. I think the closest is Manchester.
