Basically if i am to fail on another cycle this month i am tempted to try this..
Thru out my 5 cycles i have had unfriendly cream thick cm, this cycle is my first friendly cm cycle due to grapefruit juice 4 days prior to ovulation (well i think this is why!)
But if i am to fail again i am considering guafensin and wondered if anyone could recommend one? I am UK based.
For me it would thin out my cm?? Is this correct and how does thisn help?
I have seen a youtube video where a couple had long term infertility until her hubby was perscribed guafinesin that help his sperm move, before it apparently was suffering liquidfaction and not moving.. so if and im not sure, my hubby sperm suffering would this help? If his sperm is fine and i give him this would i cause adverse effects?

Thanks for any help!!!

Never heard of it, but I can recommend hydrating well, vitamin C in form of oranges and lots of white fish (fish fingers work) for good EWCM. I wouldn't have your OH take something without a sperm test and prescription as to thin it out when it doesn't need it would probably make things worse. To help sperm again hydration is key....not just coffee and tea but water. Vitamin C is good for sperm too and zinc. My OH took Wellmans and it's made a big difference.

Also even if you have solved your CM problem with grapefruit juice it doesn't mean you will necessarily conceive this cycle...even with all things working well it takes an average of 6 months. If your CM is good this month I'd be careful mucking around with medication. Also, make sure it's pregnancy friendly. A quick google suggests some links between the medication you mentioned and birth defects.

oh ok , thank you :)
yes i am inclined to keep at what has finally worked, tbh this is my 6th cycle and it is the first one ive had so much fertile fluid tho not quite ewcm sadly but sadly my other 5 cycles i had creamy cm thruout and on ovulation day. this cycle i got watery for 4+ days, also to note Grapefruit didnt bring on my ovulation, well not in my case anyway.. i took it 4 days prior to ovulating normally day 17 so day 14-17 and didnt ovulated till day 19 in the end.

*i was purely asking about guafinesin because i had seen this youtube video of someone who couldnt get pregnant for years until hubby went on guafinisen but this was dr recommended. i had read it was good to a womens cm as well but wondered if any truth, obviously i would never take if causes birth defects.

Also also.. i had to take antihistamines this cycle, this freaked me out as i know it dries up your cm - however it was still very good. dunno if this is grapefruit juice? but like i said cm is acidic at 5 / 5.5 so... :/

hiya i was just doing some further googling into this, it seems it works by "thinning" out the CM.. why would you need your CM thinned out do you know at all?

Not sure...I saw it was an expectorant, which gets mucus moving... I would definitely try making sure you are well hydrated first though. It makes a big difference. I eat oranges from when AF finishes and also fish fingers. If you had CM even on antihistamines that's a good sign. Once u r off them it could be even better!

Creamy CM is still fertile.
