I think I may be allergic to something

My nose is soo itchy and has been for a couple of days, and I have a rash on my neck that get worse when I'm hot or get out of the shower..

That is all lol.... x

Heat Rash
Washing powder/liquid
Face cream
Make up

I find Sudacream helps to soothe xxx

It may also be due to stress.
I remember coming out in a rash on my legs when I was stressing about my wedding. I went to the doc and got this miracle moisturizer that sorted it out x

^^ I was thinking that, as I dont wear make up and havent changed washing powder of face wash.. I think I am an unlucky person lol!! I washed with johnsons baby bath last night that belongs to my niece, my skin is so sensative It smelt really nice though!! Think I may wash my hair with johnsons baby shampoo tomorrow, love the smell of it! And it makes my hair soo soft!! x
