I rang up the woman sed yeah yeah will be delivered but grr

I ordered from them once and I shall never do it again!!

It was a buy one get one free duvet set thing. The free one never came and the one that did come had a mark on it that looked like car oil!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Needless to say I screamed at them untill they gave me my money back! How useless can one company be???????????????????

I rang up yesterday and said where is it they said they trried to deliver TWICE lol lol lol
as if i said err i dont think so and i said most probably the driver couldnt find my flat as its brand new property so its been done again and i said i want them to fone me this time when they arrive

our last house was a new build and when we got things deliverd they said they had tried but really couldnt find the house! HATE THAT!!!

They should give you a refund for delivery after all this time, its rediculas!

i ordered 2 bikinis & sum tops out of there 4 my holiday 4 weeks ago and they still aint come now. i phoned them up and they said they have been dispatched .. good job they aint come dnt think ill b wearin any bikinis on holiday now

i was expecting my new camcorder to get delivered from little woods today 6.45am the door bell rang
i was fast asleep and went to the door looking very very rough
so anoying when they dont turn up - we had loads of problems when we first moved her as the house was only just built so didnt come up on sat nav or maps

I ordered a dress from Littlewoods, it never turned up so I rang & told them, they said it had been posted through to me....I then asked how their del person had got through the security without a code as its only given to royal mail not parcel force or anyone - and our development is stoopid - can't call the apartments from the outside (clever eh?), they refunded me straight away.

The second time I ordered a pair of curtains, and put my work address as the del address, no delivery, I called they said they had left the parcel in a secure parking space around the back, well our car park around the back is NOT secure, so I complained and they refunded that straight away too - still nothing has turned up for either of them so someone has got some free stuff from Littlewoods

I couldn't beleive what I was hearing when they said it....I explained our work car park was an open car park, and why the hell would they leave it outside somewhere anyway instead of a posting a card saying they couldn't deliver it?
Also, they couldn't explain why they couldn't get into our office in the middle of the day when we are open all day everyday apart from Sunday
