Grr at ebay

As some of you know i ordered a fertility monitor off here and its still not arrived, the woman i bought it off said it been shipped and should be here right now, How the fudge does that help me and i cant claim my money back as she has the shipping deatails, its only £20 but im gutted was looking forward to using it

iv been having bad luck on ebay recently too. Bought a magazine that iv already got just because it said it was in excellent condition and mine isnt (was going to frame it) when it arrived the cover was ripped and falling off but cant be botherd with the hassle of complaining
Ebay can either be really good or really crap. Hope it arrives soon.

Was it from an established seller?

if it doenst arrive, and the person doesnt do anything about it...

You can complain and they will investigate, and you may be refunded ect

well she has got 99.6 pos feed back but did say in the lot that if the item got lost it was non refundable, seems a bit fishy to me??

If shes got proof of postage you can get compensation back from RM or what ever courier service shes used. Either way id file a Paypal complaint as they'll probably make both parties aware of what should happen next and how to resolve it.

Make sure you contact the seller first though...
Or the seller will just say she hasnt contacted me about it an they will close the case

can they do that? Ebay are making up so many stupid rules no wonder less people are buying
