growth spurt?

Hi

Do babies go through a growth spurt now,?
Kiara willbe 8 months on Saturday and all last night she woke up every hour to eat i was so tired we finally brought her in our room and she literally barely came off my boob just ate her way throught the night im nackered.

i am sure they do hun. one minute liam seems to fit in his clothes the next the legs are above his ankles. plus if he is feeding like that sounds as if he is going through a spurt.
