Growth scan this wednesday GRRRR!!!!

Growth scasn this wednesday and do i want to go?

NO!!!

Tommo has started his job now and doesnt want to muck his new boss about and I wont let him either.

But i have to go all the way top kings lynn for it which is 12 miles away and i have to get buses all the way! so have to go from here to wisbech, from wisbech to kings lynn, then from the city centre to the hospital which is a good few miles away. I dont need this crap and all that traveling when im due next wednesday, i want to be relaxing not going all over the place.

Ive just phoned my oh and told him im not bloody travelling all that way to be told the baby is fine. Im really pissed off with the materbity unit down here, all they have done is cock up and give me shit from day 1.

My oh is guna ring them and rearrange the appoitment for when he can take me cos he said no to bussing it anyway all that way with my toddler.Its not doable at all and im due next wednesday.

No your right its not fair on you! I wonder why they are doing growth scan so late on? Must be really annoying for ya, maternity units are crap i really havnt been happy with my care at the hospital

oh has just phoned back and said he has asked for the appointment to be changed as late as possible so he can take me as it will be safer for me and he can put my hospital bags in the car at the same time.

Will have the appointment for tomorrow at some point so will see when they can see me.
Im glad my oh phoned them cos i would of just chewed their ear off.

Roll on next wednesday and baby girl gets here,if not before would be good. Roll on this wednesday so i can be 39 weeks and start sympton spotting with michelle.

I have my growth scan saga sorted. They rang back in a right huff and said they couldnt change the appointment. So i said fine whatever Il be there, as my paranoia kicked in so i thought i better go come high or hell water.
My sister came round yesterday and I asked her if she would take me and she will bless her. Shes really excited that shes guna see the baby on screen! shes never been to a ultrasound so shes like a kid at christmas lol. Then its kfc time afterwards, woohoo!

Had a good chat with her though yesterday and Tommo was home early and when she had gone he commented on how much shes grown up recently, (shes only 20) but shes so much niocer to be around.Im looking forward to tomorrow though, ithink il have a right giggle with her.

I hope so feefee, i didnt see her for the year i lived up north and it seems to have done us some good cos were gettingf on like a house on fire.

She will enjoy the scan more then me, im like sod the scan i want to see the baby for real!

glad you are now sorted hun it would have been very hard going for you to travel by bus especially with your LO and if the weather is nice it would have made it worse. i was goin to say can someone giv you a lift lol i always ask my sis to take me everywhere. im soo goin to learnt o drive this year tho cus i dnt think i can put up with a 4yr old and a baby on the bus, would be a nightmare.
