ive noticed baby wriggling from blankets lately and getting worried he may be getting cold in the middle of the night. Our room is currently 23 oc even with window open . what tog would be best ? as they seem to thick for a room of that temp also in august the room will probably be even hotter !! what do you do ? thanks

hi there. mothercare, growbag and many other places do a thinner 'summer' sleepingbag which i think is 1tog. they are good in summer.
hope this helps

it has been 24 deg in our room at night recently and BAby smile has been sleeping in his nappy with a 0.5 tog grobagand was still hot! - he has gone back into his vest and 1.0 today now it is cooler

Our nursery has been around 22-23C, we've been using a 1.0 tog sleeping bag
