Gripe water question

i have never used it but i got some just incase,
and i noticed on the bottle it says
"discard contents after 14days of opening"
does every one do this? its such a big bottle i could never see Harley getting through the whole bottle in 14days????????

I must admit I did throw it away after 14 days but don't know why you have to. I was throwing away 3/4 of a bottle most times cos it was so much of a struggle getting it down her so most of it got wasted. Sorry can't be any help.

apparently its meant to be less effective but i found when matthew went thru his windy spell and needed it after every bottle i went thru it in 14 days

After 14 days it losses its effectivness therefore it dosent really help them with wind etc,
I know what you mean though its such a waste to throw away a whole bottle!! although i did find it didnt work as well as a new bottle after that time. Used to be so annoying though when Jamie wouldnt even have gone threw half the bottle before i had to throw it away!!
