Grinding Period Like Pains.... anyone else?

It's probably quite normal, but I've had grinding period pains for about 24 hours now. It's making me very miserable and I'm feeling tired. I'm being grumpy too and it's just not like me at all!
Has anyone else experienced this? Some reassurance will be much appreciated!

I've had periody pains, but not that have gone on for 24 hours. I'm also with you on the tired and grumpiness!
I would give your mw a call Emilia just to be on the safe side

 

I have periody type pains a lot at the moment but then with my recent couple of weeks its probably related to that. I'd speak to your midwife hunnie just for some reassurance.
