Hi I just found out I was pregnant since Friday.
I did 2 home tests both positive and seeing my doc tomorrow.
Works out on nhs calc I'm due in February.
Big shock and big changes an opportunity to really get to work
On my optimum health. I'm a fan of juicing too so I'm goin heavy on
The leafy greens for my frolic acid and amino Acids (to name a few)
Is anyone else incorporating juicing in their diet? I'm borderline vegan and a strict vegetarian
So I was wanting to hear from any of you that would be the same or similar.
I am also interested in pregnancy yoga and I meditate as well.
But anyways 'hello everyone' nice to meet you all x

Hi there! Congrats on the BFP and all the best for your pregnancy!
I am also a strict ovo-veggie bordering on part time vegan and my blood tests results look just GREAT (so dont let anyone tell you HAVE to eat meat, I get enough of that:oooo:)!!
If you want, I would be MORE than happy to give you some tips to help keep the diet balanced but I dont want to interfere!
Otherwise you will love being on this forum, it has kept me sane for a VERY long time and through some very tough stages!
