I introduced myself a bit on the buddies forum, cuz I need support and peeps to chat to! I am really glad I found this forum, as I don't have any pregnant friends nearby. Plus my family is back in America.
Tomorrow I am 27 weeks pregnant. I just looked at my online photo album and realised I don't have any pics of me pregnant! Probably because I look like a whale. No offense to anyone. At least my boyfriend and daughter are supportive when I call myself a blimp, they remind me theres a baby inside!
I have a 12 year old daughter who is my only other child, and yes this pregnancy was a complete surprise. I am 31 years old now, and my boyfriend is 24. It will be his first child and wow are we all excited! Its amazing how generous all my friends and family have become with this pregnancy too. Everyone has bought me so much baby stuff, I don't get to do any shopping of my own! Bless their generosity.
I am on MSN Messenger at: [email protected]
Needed support for morning sickness at 4 weeks. Seriously thought I was going to die. Could not hold any food down all month, but I survived on tidbits and lots of fluids. Lost a stone in weight, but have since gained it back, which is a good thing really.
Now days I still have what is called morning sickness, but of course its all day. A bit of gross gagging, but at least I'm holding food down. My first pregnancy was ok, labour hurt like hell. This pregnancy is rough and scary sometimes.
Anyone else out there suffering greatly? What would it be like to feel normal again! To have enough energy just to walk up the stairs, or sit at the computer without feeling faint.
Will enjoy being pregnant while I can. Entering 3rd tri-mester soon, so its progressing quickly enough.
Toodles,
Suz
