I've just changed a pretty gross nappy and it was GREEN!!! Is this normal (occasionally?)!!!? He had blueberries for the first time recently and I wonder if it has got something to do with them.

do you breastfeed? its pretty much normal in formula fed babies its from the iron-
if you are breastfeeding it could either be from something you ate or from baby having too much
foremilk or from a gastic problem- (you would have noticed other symptoms from this- colic/tummy bug etc)

I'm still breastfeeding but he's 9 months so on 3 meals (+ snacks) a day. He has has a couple of bottles of formula for the first time ever over the past few days (only 3 though).

Think I will call HV in the morning as I'm pretty sure it's not anything to worry about but would like to know.

Yeah check it out just in case but i would say its deffo from the formula-
the iron makes babies poo green like it makes our black :-)

Evas poo goes green after I have eaten Chinese food, esp sweet and sour type dishes, could it be that?

I rang HV and she was pretty sure it was the blueberries too (and if you google blueberries & green poo it seems quite common!).

Its something to do with the colouring of them (funnily enough!) . I would also see that stuff with blue dye in it can make green poo!
