Green poo?

Hi all, Maddison's poo has been fairly runny and a sort of green/brown colour for weeks now and I'm concerned that something is wrong She is 14lbs 10oz so is gaining weight nicely and is very well in herself so I'm not sure if I should be worried or not? Everything I read about green poo says that this is diarrhoea but surely she wouldnt have it for weeks? (she has poo'd like this since going onto C&G Premium).
Any ideas?

my lo's poo ahs always been green, it was a yellowy brown in the first few weeks then went to green, i think if its normal for her and not changing then it should be ok, kayla has been ill all nite and woke up crying and her poo this morning was runny and a yellowy colour so im guessing that is diarrhoea(sp) for her as its different to what her poo is like normally.
