i have read somewhere that you can get baby gravy and things like cheese sourse but i cant remember for the life of me where i saw it and i was just wondering if ne of u guys know?

i dont no hun, But i was giving Dior gravy from about 5months, mixed in with mash, she loved it

is it ok to give them ours then as i looked on the packet n it was really high in salt n HV told me to steer clear in high in sazlt foods

i dont no what a HV would say but iv never really listened to what they tell me, its all changing to often so i just go with what i thinks right?

Dior has been having gravy for ages and shes still here

Normal gravy is high in salt and should be avoided until baby is older.
