Put house on the market from yesterday and already have 3 viewings booked 
. Downside is I have got to tidy up . It's not easy selling a house and looking after a baby, got someone coming at 9am tomorrow, told the estate agent to tell them I may not be dressed if they come that early but are welcome to look around as long as they don't expect the guided tour.
Hoping someone will want to give me loads of money for it
