Got my scan date!!

Well had my proper booking in appointment today at home with my midwife Alan, and hes booked my scan for the 18th March! Seems more real now. I also had my blood taken this afternoon, and they took 5 tubes-is this normal?

And yes 5 vials of blood I hate the sight of blood and couldn't believe how long it was before she said I could look round. I asked whether she'd left any blood in my body

I bet the scan date will come around really quickly.

I've got my booking in appointment week after next, they won't see women until they are at least 8 weeks pregnant here.

Not looking forward to the blood test. I had a funny turn last time I had one.....such a wimp!
