Thats 2 in 8 weeks woopee doo.
He had betterbuy it or im going to have to put a tennat back in which is absolute last resort, or drop the price hideously low.
Estate agent said he is not from the area and is driving in specially to see it and that he doesnt have a house to sell.
Not sure what i was meant to make of that info. I suppose its good he doesnt have to sell, but dont know if he has a mortgage or not
Will have to wait and see.
