I am pretty sure nearly all hospitals have it now. It's like a screen you pull down to you and you can go on the net, watch tv and phone people. When I was in I had the net for free which was ace haha. The phone calls cost quite a bit though so most wards will let you use your mobile now (not delivery though obviously )
