Well in just 2 days time i'm off to rehab to sort out my addiction.
I feel as though it's time I was honest with myself as to the extent of my problem. Luckily in rehab they take it easy. I will still be able to indulge a little. The aim is to reduce my use rather than wipe it out completely. I know it's going to be hard but I feel strong and positive and believe in myself - i'm sure I can do it although i'm under no illusions it's going to be extremely hard. Probably suffer from the shakes etc

and if you don't know what i'm talking about i'm going to stay with MIL/FIL until we get our house, they do have the internet but in an office so won't be on much from now until??? whenever lol
