GNAT BITES! Help!

I havent been here for 5 minutes and already i need help. I've just come in from speaking to people outside and i've got bitten on my arm and also my bum!!! I've just found our cream out (Eurax) but it says not recommended in pregnancy, has anyone else used it or any other ideas cos it itches!!!

Sorry, I have no idea what what you could put on it, might have to put up with it itching for a few days .

If you get bitten usually might be worth eating something the gnats don't like the taste of as a deterant for the future.

You could always try soemthing like E45 to calm the itching. Thats what was recomended for my excema (sp )

TBH though i put some bepanthen on a bite i had, and my arm and its done wonders!!

My doctor recommended witch hazel for itching...not the liquid one, the one you get in a type of gel. tbh tho the itching on my belly is so bad it doesn't get rid of it!
