Hi,
Tom is on antibiotics at the moment plus Calpol/Nurofen for his fever.
He just will NOT take the medicine out of a syringe or off a spoon. I just can't get it in to his little mouth.
I don't know what to do ... can anyone help?!

When Reece does this I usually mix the calpol or nurofen or whatever it is in with a bit if water ir diluting juice and get him to drink it - he's none the wiser.
Or something else I've done when he was really small was measure out the mixture and pour it into a bottle teat and attatched the bottle, he must have just presumed it was milk, it worked a treat and was gone in minutes!!

The things you do when you have kids eh...

I was going to suggest the same, if I struggle to get Libby to have meds off a spoon cos she won't open her mouth, I mix it in with her milk :D

Hope he's better soon

you can buy a tiny little medicine baby bottle. I bought Thea's over here but my mam said she had seen them in boots and savers.

BRILLIANT!
Thank you all soooooooooooooooo much.
Don't fancy another day of battling to get that medicine down today so thanks a million!
Lucyx
