Getting weird pains...whaddya reckon?

Well, I've been getting these pains all afternoon - my body is liking to remind me I'm pg this week!

Its on my right side just in from my hip bone where I'd imagine my ovaries to be (and if I paid attention in Biology I would know for sure) and feels like a cross between a stabbong pain and how I'd imagine it would feel if some were to pull on on if them! OH wants me to call MW (I'm a fraidy cat I know but I don't want to bother her over nothing! ) he couldn't get hold of her at the surgery as she's not in today, and her mobile number is at home (*mental note to save it into phone book*)

Any ideas? Anybody else had this, I think he's gonna whisk me up to A&E if it keeps hurting, and I don't wanna go - I know I'm such a baby and I'm gonna go through worse in my life than having to ask people to do their job - I just hate bothering people!

I get this if I stand too long, do too much, move too quickly or cough or sneeze.

Think it is ligament pain and according to my m/w, if it tis the pain that I have it is usually on the right hand side.

Anyway, I hope you feel better soon and if unsure contact NHS direct.

Hi Em could be a the ever popular uti, I had a pain on my right hand side low down, get it checked out though if for nothing else but an evening of peace from your oh!

I had a funny pain there like that, on the right. And i just kept ignoring it hoping it would go away but it was a persistant bugger and worried me sick.

But that was a few days ago now and i guess it must have gone cos i just realised its not there.

How long have you had it now??
