gender scan at 16 weeks

hey ladies im wondering how accurate a gender scan will be at 16 weeks? x

They are pretty accurate as far as I am aware.

The reason the NHS wait until 20 weeks is more to do with the anomolies they check for than being able to check gender. IE by 20 weeks if there are any problems with bub they will show up whereas they may not at 16 weeks.

i had a gender scan at 16 weeks was told girl then again at 20 weeks scan told girl so i wud say accurate x
