Thank you ladies for your response.. I had my 20 weeks scan yesterday and the sonographer said boy..
but I still can't believe.. I already had a beautiful daughter.. and I was feeling so much blessed that a boy will complete my family.. but I'm worried.. that how accurate the sonographer could be.. she might be wrong? Or I'm over thinking t

Did you see the boy bits? I have been the exact same, I was so sure I was having a girl and although two people have said boy the second one didn't sound 100% sure and it's put this seed of doubt in my head and I wouldn't be entirely surprised if he comes out a she! X

Yes sonographer showed me the boy bits.. but I can't believe on my eyes... :'( today I have booked 4d scan and I'll definitely get the image of potty shot just to be sure..
and the weird thing is through this forum I found out a website called GENDEREXPERTS and two times they said "girl" and old wife tales said "girl" too.. and I tell to sonographer how it could be a BOY? She said definitely it's a boy!! Let's see what 4D scan will show..
