Gastric Flu HELP!

I've got poxy Gastric Flu again I had it twice at the end of last year and it's back again.

Problem is I now have Jack and I really don't want him to get it. I took Imodeum for myself last time which worked a treat, but what can I do to protect Jack?!

I dont know too much about Gastric flu but i would have thought imodium was not the best form of treatment as you need to get the nastyness out of your body.

With regards to passing anything onto your baby the only thing i can suggest is getting some of that antiobacterial hand gel and use it religiously whilst you are poorly.

Thanks Nori. It worked last time and I was better within 24hours (was recommended by GP).

I have some antibacterial wash and already cleaned everything yesterday luckily. Think I might try giving him water between feeds as one of the dangers of it is dehydration so may do that to ensure he has enough fluids just in case

When I had a cold a few weeks back I got DH to make up the bottles as I thought the germs might get on the bottle (she caught my cold anyway ).
